Assessing the Efficiency of Fish Passes near Liège, Belgium (2018-05-18)

Profish is currently investigating the behavior of fish from the Vesdre near Liège (Belgium). 40 fish, mainly barbels, have been tagged with radio transmitters and have since been monitored via a network of aerial and underwater antennas.
This 3-month project aims to better understand the effectiveness of 3 consecutive fish passes and their impact on cyprinid spring migration.
