Profish is currently participating in the Gombessa IV Genesis Expedition led by biologist and underwater photographer Laurent Ballesta in French Polynesia. This expedition aims to investigate the behavior of gray reef sharks (Carcharhinus amblyrhynchos) that are particularly abundant in the Fakarava Atoll. The study focuses on prey-predator relationships through the use of various scientific techniques: acoustic telemetry, video observations, SONAR, acoustic camera, etc. Profish is responsible for tracking the animals through SONAR and acoustic camera.
